Replacement / Refund Policy

All products are covered by a FREE replacement/refund guarantee for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Only items that arrive in physically damaged condition, have parts or accessories missing, defective or significantly different from the product description are not eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be properly packaged. In case of damage during return shipping, the buyer agrees to bear the cost.

If your purchase is not as described or if the item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will do our best to resolve the problem and ensure you are not left waiting. If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange delivery of the correct item.

For faulty or defective products, please take photos or videos and email us at: info@bycicle.net: we will replace or refund your purchase after our confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the product you purchased.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our replacement/refund policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To receive a refund, proceed as follows:

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Products used or damaged by the customer will not be entitled to a refund. Request your return authorization number and send an email with your detailed reason for return and product images or video that support your reason. After approval, you will receive the RA# and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can ship the product you wish to return.

To guarantee your refund, please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Upon receipt of the package,the products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address used at the time of the original purchase.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable):

1) Some parts are missing or were not sent with the rest of the package.

2) Late or failed returns (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to: info@bycicle.net.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and fees charged to us for refunds from credit card companies.

Buyers are responsible for exercising due diligence before making a purchase. The buyer undertakes to purchase the products at the web address www.bycicle.net at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

After submitting the order, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller for the purchase of all items in the order.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replaced product to reach you may vary.
