Payment Methods

The payment methods currently available are:

BANK TRANSFER

It is a widely used method, thanks also to the possibility of making the payment directly online and in many cases without charges. The order will be processed only after receipt of payment (it takes 0 to 2 days from execution). For urgent orders, we recommend making an instant bank transfer, because it is immediately credited to our account. We will process the order immediately after receiving the payment. The order will remain valid for 14 days. You will receive our order confirmation by email, containing the bank details and the order number. If you do not receive it, remember to check your SPAM folder. In the rare cases where you do not receive any automatic communication (customer registration email, order summary email, email containing bank details) or a response from us to your emails, we invite you to place a new order or send us an email communication with your email address other than hotmail, outlook, icloud, web.de, gmx.de, wanadoo.fr, etc., and use for example a gmail address, because we have found that in rare cases some messaging service providers apply such strict spam restrictions that they also block normal communications.
